The Rockboat RIB330 Aluminium Hull is a rugged, practical and highly capable boat designed for New Zealand fishing, diving and coastal adventures.

Combining a lightweight marine-grade aluminium hull with heavy duty 0.9mm PVC tubes, the Rockboat RIB330 delivers the strength and responsive handling of a rigid hull together with the exceptional stability and buoyancy of an inflatable boat.

What sets the Rockboat RIB330 apart is its practical double deck aluminium construction, generous onboard storage and purpose-built features. A separate anchor hatch, welded anchor-securing eye, large storage compartment, six heavy duty lifting points and non-slip EVA flooring make it a well-equipped boat from the moment it reaches the water.

With a maximum capacity of five people, a maximum load of 590kg and an outboard rating of up to 20hp, the Rockboat 330 is a versatile all-rounder for fishing, diving, harbour cruising and family boating.

For the best balance of performance, fuel economy and handling, we recommend pairing the Rockboat 330 with a 15hp outboard.

Motor and Planing Performance Guide

Planing performance depends on total load, outboard horsepower and weight, propeller selection, boat setup, trim, weight distribution and water conditions.

With a correctly matched outboard and a light to moderate load, the Rockboat 330 may be capable of planing. Heavier loads, lower-horsepower outboards or rough conditions may reduce performance or prevent the boat from reaching a plane.
